Long story short, this past Saturday (May 19th) the gardener chopped the wire that provides me with internet, TV and one of the phone lines we use at home. Sure, it was an accident, however, I am of those who believe that accidents happen because people are NOT FREAKING CAREFUL at what they are doing. So, there is that...
Furthermore, we called our internet provider's tech support to solve the problem, which is a mere reconnecting of the two ends of said wire, which only them are capable of fixing since they are the ones in possession of the specialized tools for it. We have been calling, and then complaining, about it to them since that very same day we had the "accident" on a DAILY BASIS, TWICE OR THRICE A DAY. At this time, there is still no technitian, and of course no Internet, TV or that other phone line. That is after receiving the same "we'll send a technitian tomorrow at first hour tomorrow/in the afternoon" response over and over again. And asking them to put their supervisors or whatever superiors that are possibly capable of solving the issue "is not within their protocols", they just take the calls and send emails with the reports... Seriously?? You can't freaking give me a phone to call someone that is supposed to be in charge of them and are obviously exceeding your skills. Retarded.
I'm currently at a point that, if I had them before me I would shout the hell out of them and remain in their faces until the assign a f***ing technitian to fix the simple issue. But no, tech. service seems to be composed of a bunch of mediocre idiots and imbeciles that pretty much ressemble the very government we have been suffering for the last 13 years... I swear I'm about to hit someone in the face...
